dc.description.abstractThe article presents the authors' views of the information-analytical function in managing the innovative potential of enterprise personnel. Applying the system approach, the authors suggest treating the information-analytical function as one of the functions of the system of managing the innovative potential of enterprise personnel. It is determined that innovative potential analysis data is the main source of information for making managerial decisions on measures to increase employees’ innovative activity. Within the system of managing the innovative potential of enterprise personnel, the authors suggest their own methods of analyzing the innovative potential within which goals, tasks and stages of the analysis are determined. To raise the informative value of determining analytical procedures, the hierarchal structure of analysis tasks is suggested to serve the purpose of implementation of the information-analytical function of managing the innovative potential of enterprise personnel. The logic of defining the tasks enables the authors to determine the stages of analyzing. The sequence and essence of these stages reflect the authors' view of the analytical procedures for the object of analysis and enable selecting relevant analytical tools taking into account the time areas, the analytics, the structure of the personnel’s innovative potential and other components. To analyze the innovative potential of enterprise personnel, the authors suggest structural-logical framework that determines and integrates analytical procedures incorporating methods, indicators, criteria. The authors substantiate the choice of methods of analyzing the innovative potential of personnel. To assess employees’ innovative capabilities, the method of qualimetric evaluation and the statistical process control method are the most relevant.uk_UA
