Optimization of the use of property asset on enterprises of Ukraine

Abstract

Today actual enough is a question of reorienting of enterprises of Ukraine on the market forms of their financing, one of that is mobilization of resources on the basis of bringing in of investments in an exchange on the corporate laws issued by a legal entity. In the days of soviet Ukraine enterprises were in the possession of the state, therefore task of rationalization of own capital structure did not stand so sharply as on the modern stage of development of economy of the state. So, if an enterprise was potentially advantageous, and support of his production stood in priority, the state distinguished grants from the budget of city, country and even all Union for economic support. In the modern epoch of one of the first tasks of enterprise there is bringing in of sufficient amount of facilities for creation or 69 maintenance of production. Thus, a task stands on rationalization of own capital structure on an enterprise.
